20 % of rental
price
in advance, within 2 weeks after reservation. Provided that
there are at least 60 days until arrival, the lodger may
cancel a reservation by written notification within 10 days
after the payment of 1. Rate (20 % in advance) was made. 1.
Rate will then be refunded minus reservation fee of NOK
1.500. (No repayment after 10 days or more). By lack of
payment, the reservation will be cancelled.

Rest payment, 80 % (NOK)
by arrival. Normal change day Saturday. Arrival after 16.00
p.m. Departure before 10.00 a.m. Other arrival/departure day
by appointment.
House deposit,
obligatory:
10 % of total rent,
minimum NOK 2.000 (To be paid by arrival)
The deposit acts as
security for the holiday house, with accessories, being
passed on in a clean and adequate condition, and will be
repaid (deducted damage or
consumption costs) at the end of
the stay.
Other:
Motorboat 15 ft. with motor 9.9 (15) HP, + Safety belts
included in the rental
prices.
(Fuel not incl.) Extra boat 15 ft. with motor 4 HP for rent.
NB! Weather reservations!!
For rental periods over 4 weeks, You will take care of
lawnmoving Yourselves. The house must be properly cleaned.
Pay special attention to kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen
must be used. Sleeping bags are not allowed!
