Its possible to make an appointment for off-season periods.
A rent is not tied up to full weeks. For instance 2 days
extra = 50 % of week-price. 3 days = 60 %, 4 days = 70 %, 5
days = 80 %. NB! Minimum rent 7 days. That means: f. ex. 10
days = 1 week + 60 %. 18 days = 2 weeks + 70 %, etc. |

lawnmoving Yourselves. The house must be properly cleaned.
Pay special attention to kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen
must be used. Sleeping bags are not allowed! |

Terms of payment: 25
% in advance, within 2 weeks after reservation.
Provided that there are at least 60 days until arrival, the
lodger may cancel a reservation by written notification
within 10 days after the payment of 1. rate (25 % in
advance) was made. 1. rate will then be refunded minus
reservation fee of NOK 1.500. (No repayment after 10 days or
more). By lack of payment, the reservation will be
cancelled.

Rest payment, 75 % (NOK)
by arrival. Normal change day Saturday. Arrival after 16.00.
Departure before 10.00. Other arrival/departure day by
