On the lawn you’ll find an outdoor wooden tub, which you can warm up with fire wood. Enjoy a warm bath under the sky, even when it’s dark,  cold and rainy outside.

Good possibilities of catching fish in the fjord, and you are free to use the two boats with motors (one is incl.) Outdoor fish cleaning facilities. Safety belts included. Salmon and trout are waiting for you in the river Batnfjordselva nearby the centre of Batnfjordsøra (4,5 km).

Beautiful mountains around the fjord where you can find small lakes with trout, for example Trollvatnet, about 13 km away from the house. When walking around in the mountains, you will have the most spectacular view over the fjords, the Atlantic, and the beautiful landscape in the whole region. Freezer (400 l) in the basement. 1 large fridge. Super Market,  Bank, Tourist Information an Gas Station in the small village Batnfjordsøra 4,5 km away. Airport in Kristiansund (ca. 25 km) and Molde (ca. 33 km).

Good starting point for making excursions to the coast town Kristiansund, and further on by passenger ferry to the old fish station Grip. Other excursion targets, like for instance Atlanterhavsveien (Atlantic Road), the fish stations Bud or Ona, and the “town of roses”, Molde. How about visiting the highest water fall of Northern Europe, Mardalsfossen, or the famous mountain pass, Trollstigen? Jugendtown Ålesund (about 100 km), or Trondheim (about 200 km), with the old chatedral Nidarosdomen can be recommended as well.

The Holiday house can be strongly recommended for family holidays as well as fishing holidays.
